How do you make pulled pork?

We like to make pulled pork in two different ways.  This pulled pork slow cooker recipe is a great way to make no-fuss crock pot pulled pork.

We also like to smoke a whole pork loin because the slow cooking method adds a delicious smokey flavor to the shredded pork.  The pork tenderloin is first marinated in apple cider vinegar and then coated in our homemade rub before smoking for 8-10 hours.
