- 8 oz cream cheese
- 3 cups Cool Whip
- 1 cup pureed pumpkin
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg

In a large mixing bowl, or the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the whisk attachment, beat the cream cheese for 45 seconds, making sure it is smooth.
Add the remaining ingredients and beat on medium until combined, scraping the sides as needed.
Transfer the pumpkin mixture into a separate bowl and serve at room temperature with apple slices or vanilla Oreos for dipping.
