Pumpkin Pie Twists

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin butter
  • 1 Tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tsp white sugar
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1-2 Tbsp milk

Instructions

  • 1. Open and unroll the crescent dough.
  • 2. Press or roll the precut seams of the dough together to form a solid sheet of dough.
  • 3. Spread the pumpkin butter out over the dough in an even layer.
    4. Cut the dough into 1/2” strips using a pizza cutter.
  • 5. Twist each strip and place onto a cookie sheet that has been lined with parchment.
  • 6. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.
  • 7. Bake for 10-12 mins, or until golden brown, at 350 degrees F.
  • 8. In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar and just enough milk to create a glaze.
  • 9. Remove pie twists from the oven and drizzle with icing.
