Ingredients

  • 6 - 8 croissants sliced
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups eggnog
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • 1. Spray a 9x13” pan with non stick cooking spray.
  • 2. Place cut up croissants in the dish.
  • 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, eggnog, vanilla and spices.
  • 4. Pour the egg mixture over the bread.
  • 5. In a small mixing bowl, combine topping ingredients.
  • 6. Spread the topping over all of the croissant mixture.
  • 7. Cover and place in the fridge overnight (or for at least 1 hours).
  • 8. Remove the plastic wrap and bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes until golden brown.
  • 9. Serve with a sprinkle of powdered sugar and/or icing.
