- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/4 cup white onion finely diced
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Gather all of the ingredients.
In a large bowl, combine lean beef and egg.
Add onion and seasoning.
Mix until well combined.
Use a kitchen scale to weigh out equal balls from the meat mixture.
Form the balls into patties by hand or use a patty press.
Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees.
Place patties in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer.
Cook for 5 minutes, flip and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
