Cut up the vegetables and slice the chicken into equal pieces.
Divide the ingredients equally onto four sheets of foil (about 12” long).
Top with half of the teriyaki sauce.
Fold each sheet of foil into a packet.
Place the foil packets directly onto the wire rack of the oven.
Cook for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked.
Carefully move the packets to a cookie sheet, open and top with remaining cup of teriyaki sauce.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
You can add everything to a large bowl and coat with 1 cup teriyaki sauce but I often skip this step and just assemble everything on the foil. This makes clean up a breeze.
