Teriyaki Chicken Foil Packs

These delicious teriyaki chicken foil packs are quick to prep & easy to cleanup. Simply wrap chicken, veggies & sauce in foil then cook to perfection!

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 1 head of broccoli about 2 cups of florets
  • 2 bell peppers cubed
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cups homemade teriyaki sauce divided
  • 2 green onion stalks diced, optional
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds optional

Instructions

  • Pre heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Cut up the vegetables and slice the chicken into equal pieces.
  • Divide the ingredients equally onto four sheets of foil (about 12” long).
  • Top with half of the teriyaki sauce.
  • Fold each sheet of foil into a packet.
  • Place the foil packets directly onto the wire rack of the oven.
  • Cook for 20-25 minutes or until the chicken is completely cooked.
  • Carefully move the packets to a cookie sheet, open and top with remaining cup of teriyaki sauce.
  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

You can add everything to a large bowl and coat with 1 cup teriyaki sauce but I often skip this step and just assemble everything on the foil. This makes clean up a breeze.
