Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp butter melted
  • 4 Tbsp almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • Melt butter in a standard sized mug.
  • Add flour, baking powder and egg to mug.
  • Mix well.
  • Cook for 90 seconds in a microwave.
