- 2 cups almond flour
- 10 Tbsp butter room temperature
- ¾ cup Stevia granulated
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ cup Lily's sugar-free dark chocolate chips
Prevent your screen from going dark
In a stand mixer, blend dry ingredients.
Add egg, extract and butter.
Combine until a soft dough forms.
Mix in chocolate chips.
Roll dough into walnut sized balls.
Place on a greased or parchment lined baking sheet and press each ball down slightly to form a cookie shape.
Bake for 10 mins at 350.
