Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In the bowl of a stand mixer with paddle attachment, combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients. Combine cake mix with eggs and oil.
Add apple juice and mix until a cake like batter forms.
Scoop the donut batter into a large freezer bag or piping bag.
Spray doughnut pans with non-stick spray.
Pipe the batter into each cavity of the donut pan.
Bake for 12 minutes or until just golden brown.
Move to a cooling rack.
Pour melted butter on a saucer.
Mix cinnamon and sugar on another saucer.
Dip the top of each donut in melted butter and then coat it in the cinnamon sugar.
