- 2 cups finely diced apples
- ½ cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup milk
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
Prevent your screen from going dark
Combine the sugar and butter until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
Mix wet and dry ingredients until well incorporated.
Fold in apples.
Pour batter into greased muffin tins, 3/4 full.
Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 mins
