Ingredients

  • 1 cup 2% cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • ¼ cup protein powder
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese until it is smooth.
  • Combine all of the ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
  • Serve with fruit or cookies for dipping.
