Add the peanut butter chips, white Bakers chocolate, peanut butter, and peanuts to the crockpot.
Set the crockpot to low and cook for 1 hour. Stir well at the 30-minute mark to keep the mixture melting smoothly and prevent any hot spots.
Once the chocolate mixture is completely melted, stir again to fully coat the peanuts and create a consistent candy mixture.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to drop the warm mixture onto the sheet, creating evenly sized clusters. Leave room between them so they don’t spread into each other.
Place the chocolate melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 15-second increments, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the clusters using a spoon or small piping bag.
Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator and allow the clusters to cool and harden completely for about an hour.
They need to be fully set before eating or storing so they keep their shape and texture.
