Crockpot Peanut Butter Clusters Recipe

Ingredients

  • 270 g 1 bag peanut butter chips
  • 340 g 12oz white Bakers chocolate
  • 1 cup peanuts salted
  • 1 cup peanut butter smooth or chunky
  • 3 oz chocolate melting wafers

Instructions

  • Add the peanut butter chips, white Bakers chocolate, peanut butter, and peanuts to the crockpot.
  • Set the crockpot to low and cook for 1 hour. Stir well at the 30-minute mark to keep the mixture melting smoothly and prevent any hot spots.
  • Once the chocolate mixture is completely melted, stir again to fully coat the peanuts and create a consistent candy mixture.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to drop the warm mixture onto the sheet, creating evenly sized clusters. Leave room between them so they don’t spread into each other.
  • Place the chocolate melting wafers in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 15-second increments, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate over the clusters using a spoon or small piping bag.
  • Transfer the baking sheet to the refrigerator and allow the clusters to cool and harden completely for about an hour.
  • They need to be fully set before eating or storing so they keep their shape and texture.

Notes

  • For cleaner drizzles, spoon the melted chocolate into a zip-top bag and snip a tiny corner.
  • Use smooth peanut butter for a silkier texture or chunky for extra crunch.
  • Make sure the clusters are completely hardened before storing so they don’t stick together.
  • If your crockpot tends to run hot, keep the lid slightly ajar to prevent scorching.
  • Add festive sprinkles on top before chilling for a fun holiday touch.
