Instructions

1. Add the peanut butter chips, white Bakers chocolate, peanut butter, and peanuts to the crockpot. Break the chocolate into smaller pieces to help it melt evenly.

2. Set the crockpot to low and cook for 1 hour. Stir well at the 30-minute mark to keep the mixture melting smoothly and prevent any hot spots.

3. Once the chocolate mixture is completely melted, stir again to fully coat the peanuts and create a consistent candy mixture.

Tips & Tricks

  • For cleaner drizzles, spoon the melted chocolate into a zip-top bag and snip a tiny corner.
  • Use smooth peanut butter for a silkier texture or chunky for extra crunch.
  • Make sure the clusters are completely hardened before storing so they donโ€™t stick together.
  • If your crockpot tends to run hot, keep the lid slightly ajar to prevent scorching.
  • Add festive sprinkles on top before chilling for a fun holiday touch.

followed recipe…added a few extra nuts. even after refrigerating clusters, they were still too soft to stack in a container. Very tasty. Will try recipe again but maybe add more white chocolate to solidify clusters a bit more.
