Easy Air Fryer Nachos Recipe Made in Minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp taco seasoning
  • 2 cups corn tortilla chips
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup fresh pico de gallo
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 green onion stalk diced

Instructions

  • Cook the ground beef. This can be done in a large skillet or the air fryer. Add taco seasoning and set aside.
  • Line the bottom of the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
  • Layer with half of the nacho chips, half the cheese, half of the beef, and half the pico de gallo.
  • Repeat the layers.
  • Cook at 390 degrees for 7-10 mins, or until the cheese melts.
  • Serve immediately with sour cream and green onions.
