Ingredients

  • ½ large tomato finely diced
  • ½ orange bell pepper finely diced
  • ½ medium white onion finely diced
  • 2 large dill pickles finely diced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill

Instructions

  • Finely dice all of the ingredients.
  • Combine in a medium mixing bowl and stir. Cover and let rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  • Serve fresh with tortilla chips for dipping.

  • Use Fresh Ingredients: Fresh tomatoes and bell peppers provide the best texture and flavor, making the salsa crisp and vibrant.
