Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vanilla or cinnamon syrup
  • 1 shot espresso or ¾ cup cold brew
  • ¾ cup eggnog
  • cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons eggnog
  • ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
  • Ice optional

Instructions

  • Start by adding your syrup and espresso to your cup. Mix until well combined. Add in your ice or serve hot.
  • Top with eggnog. In a separate cup add your heavy cream, 3 tablespoons of eggnog, and additional syrup if you desire. Using a frother, mix until thick.
  • Pour over your latte and top with ground nutmeg.
  • Serve and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use fresh espresso if possible—the bold flavour makes the latte shine.
  • For an iced latte, chill your eggnog beforehand for extra frothy foam.
  • Don’t skip the nutmeg topping; it brings the whole seasonal flavour together.
  • If your foam isn’t thickening, try using colder cream.
  • Add a splash of cinnamon syrup to the foam for an extra cozy twist.
