In a medium bowl, combine tomato, cucumber, onion, feta, and dressing. Mix to combine.
In a separate small bowl, combine sour cream, cottage cheese, lemon juice, and dill. Use a hand blender to whip until smooth. Fold in finely diced cucumber.
Divide your pound of ground turkey into 10-12 portions. Place a generous scoop in the center of a tortilla, spreading it thin.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. One at a time, place the tortillas turkey-side down and cook until the meat side is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
Flip and cook another 1-2 minutes, until warm and slightly crispy.
Repeat until all of the tortillas have been cooked.
Top with homemade tzatziki and salad mixture.
