Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp taco seasoning
  • 4 10" flour tortillas
  • 1 head of lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup fresh pico de gallo
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 green onion stalk diced

Instructions

  • Cook the ground beef. This can be done in the skillet or the air fryer. Add taco seasoning and set aside.
  • Place a tortilla in a heat-safe bowl in the air fryer basket. Fold over the edges of the tortilla if needed.
  • Cook at 390 degrees F for 3-5 mins, until the tortilla bowl edges begin to brown.
  • Half way through, pause the cook and open the basket to make sure that the tortilla is not folding in on itself. Carefully press the sides of the tortilla back against the bowl if needed.
  • Remove the tortilla bowl from the air fryer and fill with lettuce, taco meat, cheese, and salsa.
  • Serve with sour cream and green onion.
