approx. 1/2 head of steamed cauliflower (drained well and patted dry with paper towel).

hard boiled eggs

large dill pickles

green onion stalk

light mayonaisse

mustard
salt and pepper
Instructions
Finely dice the pickles and onion.
Dice the eggs and cauliflower.
Combine with mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.
Mix well and store in an air tight container in the fridge.
