Leftover Cranberry Turkey Sliders

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Slice the rolls in half. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the dish.
  • Cut the turkey into bite-sized pieces. Layer on top of the rolls.
  • Spread cranberry sauce evenly over the turkey layer.
  • Top with a layer of cheese slices.
  • Place the top of the rolls over the filling.
  • Brush the top half of the rolls with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning.
  • Cover in aluminum foil.
  • Bake in the oven for 10 minutes. Uncover and bake for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
