Mini Egg Crockpot Candy

Ingredients

  • 6 oz white Baker's chocolate
  • 8 oz semisweet Baker's chocolate
  • 10 oz bag semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1.5 oz bag of mini eggs chopped

Instructions

  • Add the white chocolate bark, chocolate chips, and semisweet chocolate bark to the crockpot.
  • Set to cook on low for 1 hour, stirring at the half an hour mark.
  • When the chocolate is completely melted, stir once again to blend it together.
  • Place muffin cup liners on a baking sheet or tray.
  • Use the cookie scoop to drop the candy mixture into the liners.
  • Top candy clusters with chopped mini eggs.
  • Move to the refrigerator to set for about an hour.

Notes

  • Store these mini egg chocolates in an airtight container for a week or two at room temperature.
  • They can also be placed in a freezer bag and frozen for months before eating.
  • Package them up in festive Tupperware or clear cellophane bags to give as gifts throughout the season.
