large green bell pepper cut into strips

red onion cut into strips

of white button mushrooms cut into quarters

Instructions
Slice the sausage and cut up the vegetables.
Combine ingredients into a large freezer safe plastic bag and freeze until needed.
Defrost and cook on a skillet or in a tin foil packet.
Cook for 10 minutes on medium heat.
