Ingredients

  • 1 15 oz can of mandarin orange segments in juice
  • A squeeze of lemon juice optional
  • 2 tbsp monk fruit or honey optional
  • Splash of coconut water or orange juice optional

Instructions

  • Open the can of mandarin oranges and pour the fruit and juice into your Ninja Creami pint container.
  • Use an immersion blender to blend everything until smooth. Careful not to go over that max fill line!
  • Freeze the pint on a flat surface for 24 hours, or until fully solid.
  • When ready to spin, let the pint sit on the counter for a couple minutes or run it under warm water to loosen the sides.
  • Pop the pint into the Ninja Creami, lock it in place, and press the Sorbet button.
  • If it’s looking crumbly after the first spin, hit that Re-spin button and prepare for scoopable sorbet goodness.
  • Serve it up in bowls, cones, or straight from the pint (no judgment here).
