Ingredients

  • 2 cups Biscoff cookies crushed
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2 tablespoons biscoff cookie butter
  • 12 oz white almond bark
  • Biscoff cookie crumbles for topping

Instructions

  • Start by combining the finely processed Biscoff cookies, softened cream cheese, and cookie butter in a mixing bowl. Mix until fully combined and a soft dough forms.
  • Using a cookie dough scoop, form evenly sized balls until all the dough is used. Place the truffles on a tray and refrigerate for one hour to firm up.
  • Place the almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in one-minute intervals, stirring after each, until completely melted and smooth.
  • Dip each chilled truffle into the melted chocolate, gently shaking off any excess. Place on parchment paper to set.
  • Transfer the remaining melted chocolate into a piping bag and drizzle over each truffle. Sprinkle with Biscoff cookie crumbles and allow the chocolate to fully set before serving.
