Ingredients

  • 10 oz smoked salmon cubed
  • 2 Tbsp fresh dill chopped
  • 2 stalks celery finely diced
  • ¼ red onion finely diced
  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  • Prepare the ingredients and dice the celery, onion and salmon. I like to cube the smoked salmon into smaller pieces so it’s easier to mix and eat.
  • In a large salad bowl, combine the cubed salmon, dill, celery, red onion, lemon juice, black pepper, and mayonnaise. Stir everything together until it’s well-mixed and creamy.
  • Serve a scoop onto fresh salad greens like baby spinach or butter lettuce. You can also spread it on a bagel or sandwich with a little cream cheese for an easy lunch.
