Divide the ingredients equally onto four sheets of foil (about 12” long).
Top with half of the teriyaki sauce.
Fold aluminum foil into a packet.
Place packets directly onto the wire rack in the oven.
Cook for 10 minutes or until the steak reaches your desired level of doneness.
Top with remaining teriyaki sauce.
Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
You can put the ingredients in a large bowl and toss with teriyaki sauce or skip that, save the cleanup, and layer it all on the foil.
An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center will read 130 degrees F for medium-rare steak. Adjust cook time accordingly.
The packets can be placed on a baking sheet to help prevent the packet from leaking in the oven.
You can also cook them over the open flame of the campfire on a grate over medium heat. Use heavy duty foil if you are worried about the aluminum tearing.
Move and open packets carefully as they will be hot! Using oven mitts would be a good idea.
Transfer any leftovers to an airtight container to keep in the fridge for a few days.
