- 1 lb ground turkey or beef fully cooked
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 Tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 cup tex mex shredded cheese
- ¼ medium yellow onion diced
- 2 cups lettuce shredded (optional)
- 1 bell pepper diced (optional)
- 3 Tbsp sour cream optional
Prevent your screen from going dark
Fully cook the ground meat, add taco seasoning and place in a tinfoil packet or foil pie plate.
Layer the meat with salsa and diced onions.
Top with tex mex cheese before wrapping into a tinfoil packet.
Place over the campfire or on the bar-b-cue for 15 mins or until heated through.
Serve with lettuce, diced bell pepper and sour cream (optional).
