Place wings in a large mixing bowl or large plastic bag and toss with the dry rub mixture.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour.
Preheat the grill to medium heat or 350°F.
Place the chicken wings in a single layer on the grill.
Flip the wings every 5 minutes.
Cook for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature of the wings reaches 170°F when measured with a meat thermometer.

Any kind of chicken rub will work, but this is our favorite dry rub for all of our smoked meats. The combination of brown sugar and seasoning blends adds so much flavor to each dish!
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Add a little bit of onion powder, chili powder, garlic powder, black pepper, or cayenne pepper to the coated chicken before grilling to take them up a notch.
You could coat the wing tips with BBQ sauce or buffalo sauce before grilling.
Use olive oil to season your grill before cooking, as this will help to prevent the chicken wings from sticking.
Optionally, line your grill with aluminum foil so that the wings don’t stick to the grill grates.
