In a large mixing bowl combine milk and chocolate pudding mix.
Mix on low for about two minutes until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Cover in plastic wrap and place in the fridge to set for at least 30 minutes.
Place the frozen strawberries is a small bowl and into the microwave to defrost.
Cut the fresh strawberries in heart shapes.
Once the pudding is set, begin layering ingredients into champagne flutes or jars. Begin with about 2 tablespoons of chocolate pudding.
Add a tablespoon of strawberry slices.
Top the whipped cream.
Repeat the layer of pudding to fill the cup.
Top with whipped cream and fresh strawberry hearts.
