Ingredients

  • 4 cups of frozen watermelon cubes
  • ½ cup of fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup of honey
  • ¼ cup of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Watermelon balls and lime wedges for garnish
  • Coarse salt for the glass rim

Instructions

  • Prep the glasses by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim of each one and then dipping the rim into a small dish of coarse salt.
  • Add the frozen watermelon cubes, fresh lime juice, honey, water, and mint leaves to a blender.
  • Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and all ingredients are well combined. If needed, add a splash of water to the blender to help the blender blade move.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness and tartness by adding more honey or lime juice as needed.
