Ingredients

  • 4 cups plain popcorn
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips or almond bark
  • 1 cup Easter M&Ms
  • ½ cup mini pretzels
  • ¼ cup mini eggs chopped
  • 2 tbsp Easter sprinkles
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil optional

Instructions

  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • If you're making it from scratch, pop your kernels in a large bowl or use pre-popped popcorn for convenience. Be sure to remove any unpopped kernels.
  • Melt the white chocolate chips or almond bark. Heat in second increments (15-30 seconds) in a microwave safe bowl, stirring after each, until completely smooth.
  • Pour the melted white chocolate over the popcorn, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
  • Add in the M&Ms, mini pretzels and chopped mini eggs.
  • Top with colorful Easter sprinkles.
  • Allow the popcorn to chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
  • Once the chocolate hardens, break the popcorn into smaller pieces and enjoy!

Notes

    • The beauty of this recipe lies in the simple ingredients. The combination of sweet snack options like chocolate and pretzel sticks with plain popcorn creates a perfect balance of flavors.
    • You can always swap in other Easter candy, like milk chocolate eggs, Rice Chex, or chocolate candy for variety.
    • Package your popcorn in cute treat bags, jars, or tins to make a thoughtful gift for the Easter season. It’s also a great addition to Easter baskets or as a unique treat for your next Easter celebration.
    • This treat can easily be made in advance. Just store it in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
