Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
If you're making it from scratch, pop your kernels in a large bowl or use pre-popped popcorn for convenience. Be sure to remove any unpopped kernels.
Melt the white chocolate chips or almond bark. Heat in second increments (15-30 seconds) in a microwave safe bowl, stirring after each, until completely smooth.
Pour the melted white chocolate over the popcorn, ensuring it’s evenly coated.
Add in the M&Ms, mini pretzels and chopped mini eggs.
Top with colorful Easter sprinkles.
Allow the popcorn to chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
Once the chocolate hardens, break the popcorn into smaller pieces and enjoy!
