This yummy mango salsa recipe pairs perfectly with all sorts of dishes! We especially love it on this fresh grilled halibut that we caught on our last fishing trip.

small white onion

jalapeno pepper

ripe mangoes

fresh cilantro

lime

Instructions
Dice all of the vegetables and mango finely.
Tip:
a food processor can be used to make the cutting faster and easier.
Add to a medium mixing bowl.
Squeeze in the juice of 1/2 of a lime, add salt and stir.
Refrigerate for at least an hour so that the flavours combine.
