‌Spicy Sriracha Mayo

Ingredients

This recipe uses basic ingredients that you probably already have in the fridge!

  • Mayonnaise – miracle whip will work as well but will change the flavor profile.
  • Sriracha sauce – your favorite hot sauce could also be used.
  • Sesame oil – this gives the sauce an authentic asian twist.

Recipe Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a month.

You can substitute tabasco sauce for sriracha, or add more to make a spicier sauce.

Vegan mayo can be substituted for regular mayo.

Make a “from scratch” version with homemade mayonnaise.

Try Greek yogurt instead of mayo.

Add rice vinegar or a splash of lime juice.
