Catch that campfire flavor in a cup! This copycat Starbucks Sโ€™mores Frappuccino recipe brings gooey marshmallow, rich chocolate, and buttery graham cracker goodness straight to your kitchen.

Starbucks Smore Frappuccino Recipe

I am a big fan of coffee drinks. A simple cold brew, lattes of all kinds, iced coffee, and, of course, Frappuccinos – I love them all. Some days, I think caffeine might be the only thing keeping me going!

And some days just call for a fancy coffee drink. You know the kind: cold, creamy, and so over-the-top delicious that you actually forget you havenโ€™t folded that laundry pile for three days. (Just me?)

One of my ultimate faves is the Starbucks Sโ€™mores Frappuccino, but since it’s a limited time offering and seems to disappear faster than a snack stash in a house full of teenage boys, I knew I had to crack the code to make it at home.

Supplies

  • Blender
  • Whisk/Hand mixer
  • Tall glass
  • Reusable straw

Ingredients

  • Toasted marshmallow syrup โ€“ This is what gives the drink that marshmallow-y flavor!
  • Heavy cream โ€“ This is needed to create the marshmallow whipped topping.
  • Ice โ€“ This gives your s’mores frappe that frozen, slushy vibe we all crave.
  • Whole milk โ€“ Adds that perfect creaminess; you can also use 1% or 2% if you prefer.
  • Vanilla syrup โ€“ Sugar-free is a great option too!
  • Instant espresso โ€“ The perfect hit of caffeine. Starbucks Via is our favorite.
  • Chocolate syrup โ€“ This Smuckerโ€™s brand is my favorite, but you can also find Torani and Ghirardelli syrups on Amazon.
  • Graham crackers, crushed โ€“ Gives the drink that unmistakable s’mores crunch and flavor.
  • Extra chocolate syrup โ€“ For the perfect finishing touch.

Tips and Tricks

  • To get an even more intense chocolatey flavor, add some cocoa powder to the milk mixture before blending.
  • Try mocha sauce instead of regular chocolate sauce if you love a deeper coffee flavor.
  • Mix a couple spoonfuls of marshmallow fluff into the whipped cream for an extra gooey kick.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I make this Starbucks Sโ€™mores Frappuccino recipe without coffee?
Yes! Just skip the espresso shot and you’ll still get all the delicious flavors without the caffeine. Perfect for kids or late-night cravings.

Whatโ€™s the best way to crush graham crackers for this recipe?
Place them in a zip-top bag and crush them with a rolling pin until they resemble fine crumbsโ€”perfect for layering and topping.

Is toasted marshmallow syrup the same as regular marshmallow syrup?
Not quite. The toasted marshmallow flavor gives it that slightly caramelized campfire vibe. You can use regular syrup in a pinch, but the toasted version takes it to the next level.

Can I make this ahead of time?
Itโ€™s best enjoyed fresh, but you can prep the marshmallow whipped cream and crush the graham crackers in advance for a quicker assembly.
