Starbucks Smore Frappuccino Recipe

I am a big fan of coffee drinks. A simple cold brew, lattes of all kinds, iced coffee, and, of course, frappuccinos – I love them all. Some days, I think caffeine might be the only thing keeping me going!

Too busy to make this right away? Pin it for later! Pin this post to your favorite board on Pinterest and it will be there when you’re ready!

I especially enjoy indulging in the seasonal treats that Starbucks offers throughout the year. The Starbucks S’mores Frappuccino is definitely a favorite for me, but it is only available for a limited time during the summer.

Even then, there are times when the store has run out of the special ingredients needed to make it. I decided I needed to have a way to make a s’mores frap at home. Now you can make one too.

Ingredients:

  • Toasted marshmallow syrup – this is what gives the drink that marshmallow-y flavour!
  • Heavy cream – this is needed to create the marshmallow whipped topping.
  • Ice
  • Whole milk – 1% or 2%, either work!
  • Vanilla syrup – sugar free is a great option too!
  • Instant espresso – this Starbucks via is our favorite.
  • Chocolate syrup – this Smucker’s brand is my favorite but you can also find Torani and Ghirardelli syrups on Amazon.
  • Graham crackers, crushed
  • Extra chocolate syrup – for topping.

Notes:

  • For a healthier version, replace the vanilla and toasted marshmallow syrups with the sugar free versions.

Tips & Tricks:

  • To get an even more intense chocolatey flavor, add some cocoa powder to the milk mixture before blending.
  • Try mocha sauce instead of regular chocolate sauce to enhance the coffee flavor.
  • Fold a couple spoonfuls of marshmallow fluff into the whipped cream.
  • If you want your frappuccino thicker, add extra ice cubes. If it is too thick, add a little more milk or an espresso shot.
  • For a truly decadent treat, turn the frappuccino base into a milkshake with ice cream. You will probably want to cut back on the ice cubes if you decide to go this route.
