Supplies
- Baking dish or baking sheet – for baking these sandwiches in the oven and melting the cheese.
- Serrated knife – to slice through the fresh Hawaiian rolls.
- Mixing bowls – used to create the amazing aioli sauce.

Ingredients
- Hawaiian rolls – or your favorite slider rolls.
- Hot dogs, cooked, sliced and halved
- Tex-Mex shredded cheese – shredded cheddar cheese or Colby jack cheese works too.
- Hot dog sauce – you can use your favorite brand of canned chili sauce or make your own with this delicious hot dog sauce recipe.
- Queso or cheese sauce
- Butter, melted
- Garlic powder
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
1. Cut Hawaiian rolls in half.
2. On the bottom half, layer half of the Tex-Mex cheese, hot dog slices, hot dog sauce, queso, and the rest of the Tex-Mex cheese.
3. Place the top half of the buns on top.
4. Brush tops of buns with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 mins.
6. Cut into individual sandwiches and serve.
