Tips & Tricks

  • Make sure all your ingredients, especially the juices and soda, are chilled before mixing. This keeps the punch nice and cool without diluting it with too much ice.
  • You can prepare the punch base (without the soda) a day in advance. Just keep it covered in the fridge, then add the bubbly soda or Sprite right before serving.
  • For that wow factor, freeze cranberries and slices of oranges in ice cubes. It’ll keep the punch cold and make it look extra festive.
  • If your punch feels too tart, adjust the sweetness with a little extra cranberry simple syrup or regular simple syrup. It’s all about finding that perfect balance!
  • Play with the garnishes to suit your style. Fresh rosemary sprigs give a lovely aroma, and star anise adds a warm, spicy scent that screams holiday!
