weekly meal planHello friends!  I am always getting asked how I get so much done each day.  So I have made it my mission to provide you with some of my favorite productivity hacks!

Let me be the first to tell you that I DO NOT get everything done each day!  My laundry room is just as much of a disaster as yours may be.  And lets not talk about the dust bunnies on top of the fridge m’kay?!  But I do have some simple tips and tricks that I use to help me get the most out of my days.  This Weekly Meal Planner is the first in a series of posts where I will be sharing life hacks that are essential to my productivity!!

I absolutely love to meal plan.  I reserve most Sundays for grocery shopping and preparing meals for the week ahead.  I often “batch” meals and freeze them for up to three months ahead of time.  The peace of mind that meal planning and preparation gives me is priceless!  Typically I only prepare dinner this way but I also like to have things on hand for the kids lunches.  I often make these Pizza Buns and Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins in big batches so that I can put them in the freezer.  The kids can add them to lunches each day as needed.

When I am coming up with our dinner menu for the week I like to use this Weekly Meal Planner so that I can see what to plan for and pull out of the freezer.  I make notes like what to serve with each recipe or if we’re planning on having guests over for dinner.  I also like to have this Grocery List (BONUS PRINTABLE INCLUDED) stuck onto my fridge so that I can jot down any ingredients that I may need as I run out of them.  Please grab the Free Weekly Meal Planner Printable and Free Grocery List Printable by clicking the button below…
