Ingredients

  • salted almonds
  • mennonite sausage sliced
  • almond flour crackers
  • eve's crackers
  • breton crackers
  • small pickles
  • smoked gouda cheese cubed
  • boursin cream cheese
  • swiss cheese sliced
  • chorizzo sliced
  • pepperoni sliced
  • homemade smoked salmon
  • grapes
  • blackberries
  • gala apples
  • cashews
  • soft brie cheese
  • homemade cranberry salsa
  • local jam
  • pretzels
  • pickled onions
  • homemade breadsticks

Instructions

  • 1. Select a large surface to build the board on like a table or kitchen island. Line the surface with brown paper or parchment paper, this helps to make clean up easier.
  • I also like to use large wood cutting boards like the one in this Valentines Day Charcuterie, Christmas Tree Charcuterie and Easy Charcuterie Board.
  • 2. Bake brie, prepare dips and bake fresh breadsticks in advance. Cut, cube and slice meat and cheese as needed.
We love to make this four ingredient spinach dip and hot artichoke dip for parties.
  • 3. Put wet ingredients like pickles and jam in small dishes. Place dishes in the center of the surface, each about 4" apart.
  • 4. Top the round of brie with homemade cranberry salsa. Jam could be used instead but we love, love, love this salsa with brie - it's a must try!

    5. Place handfuls of each ingredient around the table, alternating between cheese, meat, crackers, nuts, pretzels and fruit.
