You can find everything that you need to make this delicious artichoke dip at Costco. I love the Kirkland brand of artichoke hearts and the fresh, shredded parmesan cheese.

I usually skip the giant tub of mayonnaise, simply because we would never use it all. I used this real mayonnaise made with evoo from our local grocer.

  1. Serve hot out of the oven with tortilla chips or slices of crispy French bread.

This baked artichoke dip is best served warm and bubbly straight from the oven!

Alternate Ingredients:

  • Use Greek yogurt, fat free plain yogurt, sour cream, or light mayonnaise in place of full fat mayo.
  • Substitute garlic powder for fresh garlic.
  • Include frozen spinach, water chestnuts, bell pepper, green chilies, or green onions in your dip.
  • Add mozzarella cheese. I’m sure other kinds of cheese would be delicious too.

Tips and Tricks:

  • Instead of tortilla chips, serve this creamy dip with pita bread, bagel chips, or pita chips. It could also be served in a bread bowl.
  • Serve with cheese whisps or fresh veggies, like celery sticks, for the keto crowd.
  • I try to have a jar of marinated artichoke hearts in the pantry at all times to make whipping up this recipe quick and easy!
  • Store any leftover dip in an airtight container and keep refrigerated.
