- 1 cup leftover turkey breast
- 2 celery stalks, finely diced
- 1 green onion stalk, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce or salsa
- Butter lettuce or alfalfa sprouts
- Salt & pepper

6. Layer the bun with lettuce, turkey salad mixture and cranberry sauce.
