- I love using this non-stick bakeware for all of my baking.
- These silicone mitts are perfect for grasping hot pans and baking dishes.
- This Henckel knife is my favorite for slicing and dicing in the kitchen.
- These parchment paper bags are perfect for packaging and these large Rubbermaid food storage containers are great for storing baking in the freezer.

Ingredients
- Pillsbury Grands cinnamon rolls โ These big, fluffy rolls save the day when you want homemade vibes without making your own dough. We’ve tried different brands, but Pillsbury rolls are always better than any other store brand.
- Non-stick baking spray โ The trusty sidekick that prevents your hearts from sticking to the baking dish.
- Valentine’s sprinkles โ Sparkly little confetti for extra holiday flare.
Tip: Homemade cream cheese icing can also be added to the top of the casserole, but using the icing that comes with the cinnamon rolls is just as good in our opinion!

Instructions
1. Open the two cans of dough and set aside the icing. Preheat the oven to 350ยฐF.

2. Unroll each of the large cinnamon rolls almost to the center. Then roll about 2″ of the opposite end into a small spiral. Press the two rolled ends together and pull the remaining dough into a “v”, creating a heart shape.

3. Spray a 10-inch round casserole dish with cooking spray and place the rolls inside with the point of the heart facing the center.
Note: A baking pan or cookie sheet can be used to cook these as well.

4. Bake for 25-28 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.

5. Spread icing over the warm cinnamon buns.

6. Top with Valentine’s sprinkles and serve warm.
This is the perfect dish for breakfast in bed on Valentine’s Day.ย Pair warm cinnamon rolls with ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate-dipped strawberries, or chocolate-dipped apples for a truly decadent treat.

Any recipe that I can basically just throw in the oven is a win in my books!ย This amazing cinnamon roll casserole makes the whole house smell amazing and the kids love.
I have even created this keto overnight French toast casserole for my keto-loving self! Trust me when I say that it is just as delicious as the original French toast bake!

How to Store These Cinnamon Rolls
If by some miracle you have leftovers, keep them wrapped in plastic wrap or sealed in airtight containers. Theyโre fine at room temperature for a day or can be chilled up to a week. A quick warm-up makes them taste brand new.

Tips and Tricks
- Let the rolls sit at room temperature for a few minutes before shaping so the dough bends more easily.
- Add a drizzle of butter to the pan before baking for an extra-gooey finish.
- Cover leftovers in plastic wrap before storing to keep the icing soft and shiny.
- For an extra-festive twist, tuck a spoonful of brown sugar inside each swirl.
- Bake the cinnamon roll hearts in a skillet for crisp edges and a soft center.

This is our new favorite simple recipe to make for Valentine’s Day breakfast. It’s a big hit with the entire family and the perfect way to feed a crowd on busy mornings.

Cinnamon Roll Variations
- Add apple pie filling and brown sugar under the rolls for an instant apple cinnamon roll casserole.
- Bake in the air fryer for extra-crispy edges.
- Refrigerate overnight or for at least four hours before cooking to create an overnight breakfast casserole.
- Try a slow cooker version by cooking on low for 2 hours.
- Another favorite is drizzling caramel sauce or maple syrup overtop for a truly sweet treat.

This dish would also be great served with strawberries and whipped cream or walnuts and caramel! It’s the ultimate brunch dish, delicious dessert, or special holiday treat.
