White Chocolate Peppermint Cookie Recipe

The star ingredient of this cookie recipe is the peppermint candy! Wilton has an awesome line of sprinkles including peppermint candy ones.

If you can’t find the peppermint candy sprinkles, you can also use crushed peppermint candy canes or peppermints.

White Chocolate Peppermint Cookie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened 
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup peppermint candy sprinkles
  • 12oz bag Wilton White Candy Melts
  • 2 Tbsp peppermint candy sprinkles

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.

2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set to the side.

3. Using a stand or electric mixer, beat the butter and sugar on medium speed until creamy. Once combined, add eggs one at a time and mix.

4. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt.

5. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and turn the mixer on low until combined.

6. Add chocolate chips and peppermint bits and mix well.

7. Use a cookie scoop to make even dough balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

8. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees F, or until slightly golden and the top of the cookie is set.

9. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate and stir at 15 second intervals.

10. Mix in peppermint sprinkles.

11. Dip the cookies in peppermint white chocolate and place them on a baking sheet to set.
