Note: Reserve two tablespoons of oreo cookie crumbs for topping. I like to crush oreo cookies by placing them into a plastic bag and use a rolling pin to smash them into fine crumbs. You could also melt semi sweet chocolate chips and use them to drizzle over the cookie balls instead.
