We absolutely love, love, love Cadbury mini eggs around here and I am obsessed with creating fun food with them. Every year when Easter rolls around and the grocery store aisles fill with mini eggs, my creativity knows no bounds.
This year I discovered teeny, tiny Micro mini eggs that are the size of chocolate chips. After they disappeared from my local store, I enlisted in the help of friends to find them once again.
And boy, did my friends pull through! I am now completely stocked up on Micro mini eggs and have a ton of fun, festive Easter recipes coming your way.
Seriously delicious and totally easy to make – this no bake mini egg dip is a crowd pleaser and the first on my Micro mini egg recipes! With my group of teenage boys, you can’t go wrong with anything that involves chocolate really.
