Ingredients
- Lean ground beef โ The classic taco MVP, browned up to juicy perfection.
- Taco seasoning โ This homemade taco seasoning is my to-go. A store-bought packet would work too.
- 6โ Corn tortillas โ These babies give us that perfect crisp edge; flour tortillas work too if you prefer a softer result.
- Cheddar cheese, shredded โ Using pre-shredded cheese is an easy time-saver.
- Fresh pico de gallo โ Adds a zingy punch and makes the dish feel extra fresh.

Instructions
