Instructions

1. Cook your beef. This can be done in a large skillet or the air fryer. Add taco seasoning and set aside.

2. Line the air fryer basket with a piece of parchment paper.

3. Layer one tortilla, 1/3 cup cheese, 1/3 of the ground beef mixture, 1/3 cup pico, and 1/3 cup sour cream.

4. Repeat the layers two more times until all of the ingredients are used.

5. Air fry at 390 degrees F for 5โ€“7 minutes, until the top tortilla starts to turn a golden brown and the cheese is melty.
