Ingredients
You only need a few simple ingredients from the grocery store.
- Lean ground beef โ Grab the good stuff; lean or extra lean beef cooks beautifully and doesnโt leave a puddle of grease.
- Homemade taco seasoning โ This homemade taco seasoning is my to-go. A packet of store-bought seasoning will work too!

Instructions
1. Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper, a silicone liner, or light mist of olive oil spray.
2. Place raw ground meat in the basket and use a meat masher to break it up a bit.

3. Air fry at 390ยฐF for 5 minutes. Open the air fryer and use the meat masher to help crumble the beef some more.
4. Add taco seasoning to the meat and give it another toss.

5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until cooked through.
