Holiday Infused Ice
Ingredients
- Lime, sliced and cut into quarters โ For a zesty citrus burst. You could also use a lemon.
- Fresh or frozen cranberries โ These tart little berries always look festive and are perfect for the holidays.
- Sprig of fresh mint โ A fresh green touch that tastes as good as it looks.


Instructions
1. Cut the lime into small pieces.

2. Grab your favorite ice cube tray or ice cube mold.
I love this awesome spherical ice cube mold, but a regular old ice cube tray works just as well.

3. Place a few fresh cranberries and 2-3 mint leaves into the bottom of each ice cube mold.

4. Layer with about half a slice of lime.

5. Cover the fruit and herbs with the top of the mold.

6. Fill the mold with water and place it in the freezer for at least two hours.

7. Remove the infused ice cubes from the mold and use them in your favorite holiday punch, mocktail, or cocktail!
