But this creamy sorbet? Silence—just the sound of happy scooping and slurping. One of them even asked if we could make a mango version next, so now we’re adding Ninja Creami mango sorbet to our to-make list!

It’s also one of my favorite ways to sneak in some fresh fruit without complaints. I love knowing that we’re skipping the artificial stuff you often find in store-bought options, and this homemade peach sorbet feels like such a delightful frozen dessert without needing a ton of effort—or a sink full of dishes. That’s the best part if you ask me!

Ingredients

  • Can of peaches in light syrup – the star of the show, bringing that natural sweetness and juicy peach flavor.
  • A squeeze of lemon juice – brightens everything up and makes the peach flavor pop even more!
  • Monk fruit sweetener – this zero-calorie sweetener is great for those with a sweet tooth but watching their sugar intake.
  • A splash of coconut water – adds a hint of tropical flair and keeps the texture nice and smooth.

  2. Use an immersion blender to blend into a smooth texture, making sure not to go over the max fill line.
  3. Place the container on a level surface in the freezer and let it freeze for 24 hours or until solid.
  4. Once frozen, remove the container from the freezer and run it under hot water for 30 seconds to loosen the sides.

  6. After the first spin, check the consistency of your creamy sorbet. If it looks powdery, return to the machine and press the Re-spin function.
  7. Scoop the frozen treat into bowls, top with fresh ripe peaches, and enjoy immediately!

Tips for the Best Ninja Creami Peach Sorbet

  • Freeze completely flat – make sure your pint container is on a level surface in the freezer to avoid uneven freezing.
  • Don’t skip the re-spin – if your sorbet is crumbly, the re-spin function works like magic for that creamy ice cream consistency.
  • Tweak to your personal taste – add a little lemon juice for brightness or monkfruit sweetener if you prefer a sweeter treat.
  • Use coconut milk or coconut water – if you want a slightly creamier or more tropical twist, these options are delicious.
  • Store leftover sorbet right – flatten leftovers with the back of a spoon, keep it in an airtight container in the freezer and re-spin again on the original setting when ready to serve.
