Hello, hello! You asked and the answer is YES! our kids are still perler bead crafting (and so is momma). Today we are sharing all kinds of Super Mario characters. Our boys love Mario and have had a Super Mario Birthday Party and wore Mario and Luigi Halloween Costumes last year. So it was no surprise when they went into Super Mario Perler Bead Design mode and came up with these Mario perler bead patterns.

I love this row of “good guys”. The boys are so obsessed with Super Mario that I even made Mario and Luigi Go Kart Costumes for them for Halloween! They turned out super cute. Each of the boys wore a Mario or Luigi costume and I created “race cars” out of boxes then I attached helium balloons to each of them. So they looked like Mario & Luigi in go kart battle mode. Check out the Mario and Luigi Go Kart Costume goodness!

Crafting essentials for perler bead projects:
- We love using this flat bottom dry iron (aff link) for perfect bead melting every time.
- These perler bead tweezers (aff link) are ideal for grasping and picking up beads.
- This Perler Bead Peg Board system (aff link) is our favorite because it interlocks together for larger projects.
- These stackable storage containers (aff link) make keeping our perler beads organized and tidy easy.
Yoshi is my favorite Super Mario character. Whenever I was given a character option while playing a Mario themed game, I always chose Yoshi… still do! I’m not entirely sure why, he’s just so cute I guess. LOL What is YOUR favorite of these Mario perler bead patterns? Please tell me that I am not the only one playing Mario Kart racing with the kids…
Be sure to check out some of our other Perler Bead Designs. My kids are clearly obsessed…
