Substitutions:

  • Mini marshmallows or jumbo marshmallows may also be used, just be sure to cut them in half so that they “stick” to the graham cracker pieces.
  • Dark chocolate, white chocolate or candy bars may be used.
  • Digestive biscuits or other kinds of cookies could be used instead of graham crackers.

Tips & tricks:

  • Cooking time will vary depending on the size and model of the air fryer. Cook time could take up to approximately 3-4 minutes.
  • Cutting the marshmallow in half and placing the sticky side down onto the graham cracker will hold the marshmallow in place. This prevents it from flying around in the air fryer.
  • If the marshmallow does fall off, simply place it back onto the graham cracker and continue cooking.
  • Be careful not to burn the chocolate by cooking it too long. The type of chocolate matters as some will melt faster than others.
  • Place the graham cracker squares in a single layer in the bottom of the air fryer.
